Terms & Conditions
Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future appointment with at least 48 hours notice.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled without a refund.
No Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the total cost. Future appointments will not be allowed until this fee is paid.
Client Responsibility
Please inform me of any allergies or skin sensitivities before the appointment. Clean skin is required before makeup application.
Travel Fees
A minimum travel fee of $30 applies for locations outside of the makeup studio. An additional fee of $1 per km applies for further distances.
Travel is available for bookings of three or more makeup services.
Photography and Social Media
I may take photos of the final look for my portfolio and social media. Please inform me in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
